Is there a bug ID or case number we can reference to make it easier for the support folks to track it?
Incidentally, I have found that I can restore my songs to working order by just deleting them and re-adding without doing a factory reset. Sometimes everything continues working though 4 or 5 power cycles. Not sure what triggers the bug. It almost seems like the length of time the unit is powered off makes a difference, which doesn't make sense to me.
