Hi guitarist and music technicians!
Bought helix 9 years ago new. Had update arranged at licensed store. Went over seas for years. Arrived back. Store has been closed for years. The nearest line 6 products shop, mentioned i need the account details to update helix and have arranged an appointment with them to sort it. I don't know my user, account name, email, or password. Can I reset my helix and recover it, to update the unit and install the new pedals and amps? My appointment with mt local helix and line 6 dealer is in a few days Cheers
