Dear Helix Line 6 team , i have helix line 6 floor with Firmware Version 3.110-022c9b2. usually i press preset to open the set list but now i press button preset it is not respond . I am a new owner and this helix still 3 month at me .Kindly help on this. Thank you and best regard Enal.
