So I just recently bought a varix 300. Wonderful guitar. I love it. I've loaded the original workbench software and it all seems to be working well. I created and saved a new guitar that is tuned down half step. I used the send button to put it in custom 2 switch 5. I used the sync button on the way out. When I close workbench, it seems ok, but when I change modes and come back to my new guitar. It's not there. If I reopen workbench it's there. What am I doing wrong?
