Thanks datacommando I've been busy and away for a bit, so the Helix has been sitting on my shelf for a while. I've looked into all 4 of those repair centers online as far as I could and a couple of them seem like they might be suitable, but none of them really fill me with much confidence :( Unfortunately I'm nowhere near any of them to pay a visit either. Anyway, thanks for the pointers. I'll update here again should I finally arrange a repair!

Hi tptptp Since your post was fairly recent, did you get your Helix back and all's good now? Also, what country are you in? I'm in the UK and trying to find a reputable out-of-warranty repairer that might be able to deal with my issue - which seems the same as yours and others in this thread. Well, that and a couple of buttons that either work intermittently or are a bit sticky! I've reworked my gigging rig to now exclude the Helix so that I can finally send it off, but I'm a bit nervous! Hi all I hope that someone here can help, please! I have an out-of-warranty Helix Floor that needs a bit of repair work, but I don't know who to contact about it. Now that E&M have closed down, who can I contact for UK Helix repairs? Thanks y
