Just got the PC 112+. Went to do firmware update on my Mac. During update, got an error and looked back at PC+ and it was powered off but switch still on. So, I did the obvious, tried turning it on and off. Nothing. Upon many searches -
Unplugged for 15 minutes and tried again. Nothing.
Left unplugged for hours, plugged back in, nothing.
Tried hard reset pressing home button while powering on. Nothing.
Tried pushing SELECT knob in while powering on. Nothing.
Mac won't recognize it as there is no power to it.
Switched plugs. Nothing.
Any ideas short of sending this back and exchanging?
