Hi everyone,
I have just purchased an M5 when I connect it to my amp the volume drops by around 50%. I don't have any other effects in the chain its just guitar cable M5 amp. I have it set to true bypass and the gate off. In true bypass with the M5 off the signal is normal, when I switch on the M5 the volume drops but the effects works. If I have the M5 in DSP bypass the volume drops whether the M5 is on or off. I have tried another amp and the same thing happens. Can anyone help as to what I can try next.
