Just submitted a ticket for the same problem but I did notice that during it happening when I checked the matrix screen all my signal was frozen and no sound coming through. I just turned it off and on to fix it though. Hasn’t happened to me at all until these last few days and it happened before the update so I don’t think it’s that. I’m probably just gonna do a factory reset and see if that fixes it. Happened during a live gig and fortunately I thought to turn it off and back on which got me going again quick.
