I had the same issue, here's the fix.
Now I can see my own designated preset name in the display when I scroll up/down, both on the pedal itself, and with a two knob momentary switch.(ampero/hotone)
To display custom preset names instead of the original effect model name on the HX Oneupdate your firmware to v3.80 or later and change the setting in Global > Display to "Preset".
This allows the home view to show your custom names rather than the default model name.
Here is how to configure it:
Update Firmware: Ensure you are running firmware v3.80 or higher.
Access Settings: Hold the Effect knob down for 1 second.
Navigate: Use the left/right arrows to navigate to the Display setting.
Change Display Setting: Set the display to Preset to permanently show the preset name, or Auto to show the model name for 3 seconds before switching to the preset name.
Key Notes:
Auto Mode: If set to Auto, the model name appears for 3 seconds after editing before reverting.
Model Mode: Keeps the effect model name displayed.
Functionality: This feature applies only to the HX One and was introduced to address the limitation of only showing effect names.
