Can't Add A New Block To Helix LT Preset-Stuck in "None"

I went to add a new block to a preset on my Helix LT, and when I push down on the joystick the menu pulls up, but it's stuck in the "None" selection and I can't choose a category. Can someone tell me what to do? I am also using HX Edit for some of the programming.
