    Helix Floor

    Help, help! Last week I bought a new "Helix Floor". Firmware was 3.11 . on the device were the preset lists, but no IR list that was empty. I did an update of the firmware to 3.15 , however the IR list is still empty. Now I have a question. How can I download the Factory IRs lists from Line6 and how do I get them into the Helix? Hopefully someone can help me.
