Here is the problem almost every time i've tried to download presets i keep getting a message on the Helix.Model specified in file is not recognized and will not load.Every thing has latest updates.What is going on.Please help.

Just used helix for church rehearsal,I play bass.No amp just ran to the PA with xlr. The sound was not as loud as normal and there was a lot of static or hissing noise.Had to run guitar to DI just to finish practice.Could it be a bad cable or have i set it up wrong?Sounded fine at home through an amp and a powered monitor.
