I connected my podxt to my computer for the first time in a while. My account shows all of my add-on packs that I've purchased. There was a time period in the past where any xt user (and I'm guessing other products) could upgrade to pod farm 2 at no cost. It seems as though I can't activate it anymore on my device. I repaired my first podxt twice. There were issues with the input jack. Eventually, after a third failure, I purchased a new one second hand. The licensing part of my account is not showing it. The add-on packs are there and a pod farm 1 license. I'd really like the farm 2 license back. I'm not really sure what to do. Any suggestions?
