  1. Hi guys, maybe this is old, but I'm a new Relay G30 user, bought one used and just realizing that every time I turn it on my internet goes down, so just wondering if there are any other known issues like this one. And if yes, if there's a solution to this? Not sure if this helps but my computer is next to my pedalboard like a meter or meter and a half and my wifi router is like 5 meters away. Any help would be great, this is driving me crazy. Thanks in advance!
  2. I see, well I still need to find a way to have the wires attached to the pins in order to solder them together, a knot or something, thnaks a lot bro
  3. Hey man, thanks a lot, the second video is kind of complex to do it by myself, the first one makes sense, the thing is, how he attached the wires to the pins?
  4. Thanks a lot Silverhead, problem is, I live in Venezuela, so no L6 support center here :(
  5. Or at least, if exist, a way to back up my patches.
  6. Hi there guys, the pins on my POD500 USB port got bent, it was my bad, not sure how, but when placing the USB cord I think I pushed to far and didn't noticed the plastic block was missing, at the end I got the plastic block outside the USB port and the inner pins bent, wondering if there's a way to fix this? I love my pod and will hate to not being able to edit using the pod edit or not even being able to backup all my patches. :( Thanks in advance! Arturo
  7. First things first, thanks to BillBee, Rewolf48 and pianoguyy for their help and comments, appreciated! Now, All right, I'm going to explore that option and check that, thanks a lot! Yes, you're absolutely right, I just wanted to use the clean sounds with effects and stuff like that not just cleaning the tone You are right, sorry about that and thanks, noted! Thanks guys! Arturo
  8. Hi guys, I have a HD500 and I was wondering if there's a tutorial or something that explains how to go from a distorted tone to a clean one with the use of the wah/volume pedal, maybe with the pedal pressed it is the distorted one and then when I move up the pedal changes to a clean one, is this possible? Thanks!!
  9. Thanks man, that sounds great as well.
  10. Hey Gear Head, I'm with you about walk before run, I'm pretty much with you about the G chord thing, but I asked the question because from my point of view it won't hurt nor offend anybody, seems like it's some kind of capital sin to ask something without read the entire thing, which I'm doing btw, I asked something, they responded something and in the interim they advised me to check the manual and play with the unit, Now, about this: You really think the world would be a better place if nobody asks a question? Anyway, thanks to everybody who replied on this, I'm working hard to find some time and continue reading the amp and understand how this works. Best! Arturo
  11. Thanks so much! Working on it and reading the manual from top to bottom, thanks!!
  12. You're absolutely right, I'm on it! Thanks!
  13. Fairly new, this is a neew unit I bought a few days ago, had some experience with the 300 but not the 500, sorry for the confusion,
  14. Thanks BigChas52, sorry but now I have another question, you mentioned the "Pre" models, is this something that I control when setting up the amps? Or are models with this feature only? And, what is studio direct mode? Thanks so much!
  15. Thanks so much Silverhead, will check this tonight, thanks so much!
