  1. I have read lots on this forum but just need to clarify... Context I play live in a punkish (Clash, Jam, Costello, Stray Cats) covers band but also record. I have used pods, variaxes and an M9. At present I use an M9 live with analogue dirt pedals. I use the M9 with four different delays (short, long, reverse and slap back) a spring reverb and a modulation of some sort. I have two scenes I use, one with a flanger and the same but with a chorus in the mod slot. I rarely have more than three M9 fx active at anyone time. I have Fender Bassbreaker 45 amp which does all the bassman / jtm45 tones I will ever need. I love my Klone, RAT and Crunchbox. I want some amp modelling, my old pod HD died a couple of years ago. I would like to use Helix modelling for home practice and recording (I have grown tired of NI guitar rig). I realise that the pod go can only run four fx blocks at the same time. I know that it can run in preset or stomp mode. Is there a way of having a preset for each song that runs in stomp box mode (eg. for rockabilly songs this might just be a slap back and reverb, for new wave songs it might be a verb, delay and a modulation). I don't really want to have a preset for each part of the song, I really like the stomp nature of the M9. I realise some people will say 'Buy an HX fx' but I also want some amp modelling purely for use at home. An option would be to buy an Hx FX AND an HX stomp but that is starting to get pricey. Any idiot proof explanation of stomp mode and presets much appreciated. Nick
