dear forum, ive lately ran into an old problem, the pod crashes then tries to reboot, but when it tries to reboot it just sticks to the white screen PRE the line 6 logo, the sound banks are succesfully loaded because i can see the footswitch lights lighting up and responding to pressing them, the tap also reacts to the pressing. when i connect the pod to the pc using an usb cable it succesfully finds the pod but no sound is coming through, when i plug in my mic and/or guitar it doesnt give any sound, how can i fix this problem? i have tried to reflash the firmware, line 6 monkey says its flashed succesfully but i have the exact same problem. i hope i provided penty of information on what the problem is and how it started occuring, i do want my pod to be used again since its my only effectboard i have and use and also use the mic input. i have fixed the problem, we had discovered that during flashing(upgrading) the firmware something went wrong due to my usb port being instable, so what turned out to be the problem: the chip that contains the firmware was empty, we have managed to flash an old firmware on it, then upgraded it. now everything is working properly again

i have searched but could not find an 9v 3A so i guess i'll have to measure the voltage coming out of the poower supply

hey guys, im running into a problem with my pod hd500, my pod crashed a short while ago(rebooted out of nowhere and now only shows me a white screen), now i thought: what if i reinstall my flash memory, then i might get it to work again. but now i ran into a problem: when i try to reinstall with line 6 mnkey, the program does not even write to my pod hd500, it does detect it, and the saved presets are all there but the sound is not working neither is the screen, this is a indication to me that the pod is not booting up properly and so i would think that it is a software problem. so if im correct im wondering how i could fix this. also when i any tone it downloads a l6t so i cant get anything other then l6ts

dear silverhead when i downloaded from customtone my device for the tones was on pod hd500

hey there, as the title states i simply cant manage anymore to send the downloaded .l6t files from customtones to the hd500 edit, does anyone know how to do this now? since i really wanna use my downloaded settings.
