Hi, When ever I turn on the head the volume is really loud (even when the volume knob is at zero), its also crackling. The second problem is that the effects stay on the whole time, even when the effects knobs are fully cranked to the left, I have tried holding down the clean button when powering up, this does not work, still have same problem. Hope some of you can help, cheers Patrick.

Hi everyone, I seem to have the same problem as some of you regarding the knob that controls the effects on the head, the effects wont switch off when the knob is twisted to the far left. I have read a few posts with the same problem. I have noticed that Line6 have not made a comment about this problem, please back me up for this post, something has to be done with this problem.
