Hi, I have both a Firehawk FX and HD500X. I have around 100 presets on the Firehawk that I would like to organise into setlists on the HD500X. Is there any way of doing this without having to recreate each one manually on the HD500X? Thanks.

Thanks Codamedia. I have looked at the HD model packs and they don't have the ones I wanted. I was going to buy the non-HD collectors model pack and use that, but I guess I'll not bother now. It is disappointing, especially as the Firehawk has both. Thanks for taking the trouble to respond.

After nearly 10 years of good service, my X3 Live has finally given up the ghost, so I decided to get the HD500X as a replacement. I notice that some of the amps i used to have on the X3 are no longer included on the HD500x. Is it possible to install the Collectors Model pack onto the HD500x. I know that the Firehawk FX has both HD and non-HD amp models, so wondered if this would also work on the HD500X? Thanks.

Is there any way of bulk importing presets that are saved in the cloud? I used an X3 Live for years before getting the Firehawk and one of the great things was being able to edit and store playlists that I could then import using Gearbox. I know you can't use Gearbox with the Firehawk but it would be really helpful to be able to save set lists and import the presets in bulk. I play in a couple of bands that have very different styles and there is not enough space to store all the presets for both bands. This means that I have to laboriously import the tones one at a time when switching between bands. Takes the edge off what is otherwise a really good product. Thanks.
