I got a helix rack, it works pefect , i installed the new firmware on my computer but i keep getting a http request error when i go to log in on the editor. downloaded the unstalled firm ware 2 times already and nothing. changed passwords etc. my usrername and password work fine on the website. WickedFinger Posted August 14, 2016 Share Posted August 14, 2016 What Browser are you using? I had fits with the Explorer on my new PC, I went back to Chrome and everything is cool. Make sure you have the correct 2.01 file as the first one on the page is a Flash memory thing not the 2.01 update. Check the header on the window on the left side. I made that goof several times.
