robsonmwoc
Hi people, I've been using a Toneport UX1 for at least six years, but recently I'm running out of options about how to fix the problem with the low input of it. Recently I've updated my iMac to the latest MacOS Sierra; then I got some problems, and after updating all drivers, the sound card worked for two days. In the beginning, I thought that Toneport got broken. But, today I've tested with my Macbook Pro, which still running El Capitan, and it worked fine. Line6 announced that the driver was working, but something between Sierra and the driver is not working properly. Has anyone found a solution for this? All the best. robsonmwoc
I've found the problem. For some reason when I've updated to Sierra the Midi input levels were set to very low levels. Increasing the levels was just enough. So, if you are facing problems with input levels just check on "Audio MIDI Setup" of your MacOS to see if the problem is there. All the best.
