Relay G10 transmitter flash red with base then dock goes white then red

I came home after getting the relay G10 i unpacked it and plugged everything up. I put the transmitter into the dock to charge it since things are never fully charged fresh out of the box. So i went off to take care of other things and try out the new guitar my father got me as a present for helping them out around the house. 8 hrs has passed soo i decided to try it out nothing happens i looked in the manual say’s it turns on automatically once you start playing on the guitar. Nothing happens it can’t still be dead i plugged it back into the dock the transmitter flashes red with the base then the transmitter goes orange then the base goes white. Then after 2 mins the base turns red Fading in and out i checked to see if its the usb cable when i touched the usd cable the base went white then went back to red after 2 mins. Been trying to find answers but couldn’t find any if i’ve came across one possible thing which is “update” my least fav word. If it needs an update by a computer/pc i’d be trading it back to where i got it long and mcquade’s since i have no PC since the recent update for window’s ruined my laptop.
