jimmylh Posted January 17, 2021 Share Posted January 17, 2021 I'm trying to register my Relay G10T I bought to use with my new Spider V amp. The serial number box puts an auto fill of "21W110M" and expects the customer to fill in the rest of the serial number. But my serial number does not have that. It starts with W131M. There is no "21" so I put it in just like it's on the box. Got an error. So I included the 21, still an error. I've tried 14 dozen ways to enter it but I still get an invalid serial number. jimmylh Posted February 6, 2021 Author Share Posted February 6, 2021 Well, it's been over a month with no answer to my question. Support from Line 6 seems to be severely lacking. According to the FAQ section I should open a support ticket. I can see no way to do that without registering the product. It's a catch 22. jimmylh Posted February 9, 2021 Author Share Posted February 9, 2021 Ok, so it looks like the solution to this problem was to register the G10 transmitter as a G10S and not a G10T. Very confusing since I thought a G10S is a transmitter/receiver combo set. The box it came in clearly calls this a G10T on the box. Oh well, what ever works.
