The Factory Presets on the left side of the screen do not respond to my selection of them

I just received my POD Go unit and installed the 1.21 upgrade to the POD GO Firmware to my computer. They are connected to each other. However, when I point and click on the Factory presets on the left side of my computer screen, nothing happens. It doesn't select that preset with all its parameters. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong. I have to go directly to the preset on the top of my screen and toggle up or down to get to the one I want to select. I've watched tutorials on YouTube and it works there.

Are you double clicking? That took me some getting used to.
