Two instruments, single input, different outputs,HX Effects.

Sorry I’m sure there are post about this but I couldn’t find exactly my answer so hopefully someone can help. 
 

I have a nice sommer guitar cable, goes into a boss ve500 and patches through so the chords give harmony info for vocal pedal, then goes to an A/B switch. When A is selected goes to an HX Effects in 4cm with a Tubemeister 40. When B is selected goes to a DI and straight to the PA. A is for my Electric and B is for my acoustic. I want  to be able to plug the acoustic or electric into the sommer cable after passing through the boss ve500, so no matter which guitar I am using it gives chords to the harmony pedal. Then I want to get rid of the A/B switch and have it go straight from boss ve500 to the HX Effects. I want to have some presets for acoustic and some for electric, of course the electric somehow routed so it works in 4cm with TB40 and the acoustic presets to go out another output straight to the DI/PA. Then I will eliminate the A/B switch and be able to use effects on my acoustic, maybe even IRs if that works well for this application. Thank you.
