Help on using the Spider V 240 Mk II as an interface

Hello friends

 

I need your help about a "problem" about using my amp as an interface (Spider V 240 Mk II)

I'm using it with Bias FX 2 on Windows 11

 

What happens is that when I'm using this program (standalone) and I choose a preset, it sounds fine, but "in the background" another sound is slightly perceived, which is like a clean guitar.

I want to eliminate this sound and only listen the sound of the preset (I´m using headphones)

 

I hope I have explained myself well (I am a Spanish speaker originally. I am from Chile)
