jkdufair
Anyone upgrade to macOS Ventura and have HD500X Edit working? I'm getting an error that the app is damaged. Even after reinstalling it. Ugh.
jkdufair
Update. App works but not after moving it to an external drive. This used to work.
justforfun92
How did you get it to be recognized under macOS Monterey? I just can't get it to run and not be recognized.
jkdufair
Back to not working now. Frustrating. Uninstalled drivers. Reinstalled the app. No luck.

leethompson
I got my POD HD400 working with HD400 edit on a the 2018 Intel MacBook Air with Ventura. A simple USB-C to USB-B adaptor did not work, but an older “INTPW” USB-C docking station that has USB-B 2.0 connectors and cabling that up to the pedal board worked. I had to reinstall the USB drivers every attempt at a hookup and looked at the driver in the OSX “Settings” app to see if it was recognizing the POD. If the driver sees the POD in the Settings app, the HD400 edit software would see the POD. Seems stable now with the docking station. Note that the Monkey software would not update the firmware even while running High Sierra in a virtual machine on this laptop. I had to use an old 2010 Mac Mini running High Sierra to get Monkey working. This took a few days of hacking
jkdufair
I finally got this working. Even over two levels of USB hub and/or directly connected. Install the 1.0.0 drivers for Intel/M1. I'll sure be glad to pack up my old iMac again.
