So hope this is helpful to someone out there.   To put in context  bought a used vxd55 as I had to go wireless. Until now I  have been using wired mics on stage, lead singer,  my go to mic for the past few years has been an Audio Technica Artist Elite AE5400, lovely LDC mic,  detailed, present and a joy to use on a loud stage, no feedback, great out front and in monitors. The remainder of my mic locker is an Audio Technica AT710 condenser, sweet wee mic with great sound, a Rode M2 condenser which aint bad,  an old EV/nd976, lots of gain, a sennheisser 835 which is fine, an AT 2010 which is quite good. So bought the vxd55 and tried the line 6 capsule on the handheld transmitter, a half decent mic that sounds fine with the option for modelling, none of which I felt were any better than the line 6 sound. Decided to try another capsule after a bit of research and went for the Heil PR35, what a revelation, a dynamic with all the nuance of a condenser. Absolutely superb vocal sound.  When attached, no handling noise, no feedback, crisp, clear effortless singing just a pleasure to use.  I know the Telefunken M80,M81 and the Shure capsules will also fit, unclear on the KSM 8, 9 and 11. The Lectrosonics capsules also fit, albeit very expensive. After contact with Audio Technica Technical Dept their capsules will also fit. There will be others that are industry standard thread and pitch that will also fit.  So great wee wireless system no dropouts, great sound, user friendly hope it lasts. Will be getting rid of some mics and replacing with Heil wired P3R35 as a standby it sounds that good. Hope some noob like me finds this info of use
