surista
Your Japan website - apparently operated by Yamaha - defaults any attempt by a Japan-based user, to reach line6.com or even any sub-page, to line6.jp, with no way to actually get to the English language version of the website. At a bare minimum you should give users the ability to change languages. I can read/write Japanese so that's not the issue, the issue is the Japan site is wildly out of date (ie no announcement of the new Helix units). It's horrible customer service. Fix it. You shouldn't force users to have a VPN to access your website.
