The Support Page allows the Line 6 community to help themselves and each other. It's made of two parts: The Knowledge Base and the Forums. The Knowledge Base is a comprehensive list of information and FAQs spanning all Line 6 products. The Forums let you connect with other musicians to exchange ideas and information. Use the collective experience and expertise of the community to get help with a question, while gaining points yourself by helping your fellow musicians.

To get your question answered, start by searching the Knowledge Base and the Forums. If you don't find your answer, simply post to the Forums and mark your post as a question so the community has the opportunity to answer the question. When you get the answer to your question, mark it correct and give points to who answered the question and to who was helpful. If, by one business day, your question has not been answered by our community, our Line 6 Support Techs will respond.
