Line6 monkey and macbook pro

I purchased a new macbook pro more ram 8 gb.  I then downloaded pod hd500x edit and monkey.  I then tried to run monkey to see if there were any updates.  Monkey just stays on the dock and jumps up and down and never loads.  I contacted line6 support with a ticket.  after awhile i was contacted back and they wanted a screen shot of the computer and nothing ever came of it.  I just updated the ticket and they told me that they support tried to duplicate the problem and they could not duplicate it so it must be a problem with some other software on my computer and they would not be able to help with other software.  I am running yosemite, and I have deleted monkey and reinstalled it over several times.  As a matter of fact I just reinstalled it as i write this post.  The pod hd500x edit software works fine. But monkey will not work.  Osx yosemite version 10.10.2  macbook pro retina 13inch  late 2013  Processer 2.4 GHZ   intel core i5  8gb of ram   Thanks ahead of time if anyone can help me. Well after all of these months monkey still will not work.  So if anyone out there wants to buy a pod hd 500x I will be willing to part with it for a great price you pay shipping and handling.

Same problem here on a Mac Pro running Yosemite.  Just uninstalled Line 6 Monkey and reinstalled latest version.  Monkey just jumps up and down on the dock.  it never loads at least for the length of time I tried till I forced quit.  Does Line 6 have an answer for this?

What my computer is telling me is that I need to have OS 10.5 or higher. I'm wondering if line6 software is seeing OS X 10.10.2 AS 10.10 which is 10.1 and therefore thinks that it is a lower version that cannot be used. I can't even get it to load at all.
