Legacy Products Support
For registered product owners, Line 6 is pleased to provide technical support via email, chat, SMS text and phone free of charge. Effective April 1, 2021, Line 6 Customer Support will limit product usage support for product that has not been sold by us for two years or more to one 15-minute phone call, text or chat with a live agent. Any Legacy Product usage inquiries beyond the allowed live agent contact will only be addressed by our staff via a support ticket made at www.Line6.com/company/contact.
