Recently we performed a corrective action to address a potential safety risk with Relay G10, Relay G10S, and Relay G10T wireless products purchased prior to February 2020. This action centered around Line 6 producing, and making freely available, a firmware update that is intended to address the potential safety risk and to recall a USB charging cable that was an accessory sold separately for use with the Relay G10T.
Some customers have asked for access to the pre-corrective action firmware (v1.04 or earlier). Due to the potential safety risk of using earlier versions of the firmware, and the fact that nothing is more important to Line 6 than the safety of our customers, we are denying such requests and requesting that such requests not be made on our forums or anyplace else.
Any threads requesting pre-corrective action firmware will be locked.
