  1. Ok, that makes sense. So then it is possible for me to copy over at least 6 blocks per preset from my Helix floor to my Stomp if I do it block by block? That would certainly be easier than rewriting 32 banks of patches. My Stomp is going to be my gig backup and small stage rig. Sorry for being a bonehead and thanks for clearing that up for me.
  2. Hello, I tried this method and it seemed like it would work but I always got a error message that read "not a compatible target" when I tried to bring over a preset from my Helix Floor to my Stomp. Anymore advice would be greatly appreciated. I would get a prompt that asked me if I'd like to overwrite the patch but it would never complete. Thanks!
  3. Thanks a ton, HonestOpinion! I'm going to start with some of these ideas ASAP. Wish me luck!
  4. Thanks, bru58ski. I did try that and there was no difference. Bummer.
  5. I'm hoping someone here can please tell me what I'm doing wrong. I have a Dunlop MXR Talk Box running into my EFX loop number 1 and if I try to bring the level of the talk box volume up much past midway I get a real nasty and loud hiss through my vocal mic and into the PA. When I run the volume back down to stop the feedback hiss the signal is weak from the talk box. For many years I ran the same talk box into the EFX loop of my POD HD 500 and not only did it never have feedback or noise it simply sounded amazing. Please let me know your thoughts and thanks. 6. I would like to know if its possible to program my expression pedal 1 to not only engage a wah effect when it is toed on but also a kinky boost effect. Is this possible? If so, can someone please advise me on how? I've been using a HD500 for years and I have it programed so that when I engage the wah effect with exp 1 it also engages a boost so that when I play wah fills they will jump out in the mix. Thanks for listening.
  7. Hello, My volume pedal control for my HD500 has always beed set to work globally over all of my presets and I'm using expression pedal 2 for my volume pedal function. On my new Helix, expression pedal 2 always defaults back to whatever position it was saved to in the individual preset. Is there a way to set the expression pedal / volume block to be global over all the patches? Thanks for any input. Bob
