Hoping someone can help me out here, i've not been successful trying to search for an answer...
I just updated to the latest firmware and was following the steps to do a factory reset and restore from my backup i created.
However, when I try to select the backup file that was created, I get the following message: "No compatible backup files in the selected folder".
The file is definitely there: "POD Go Backup 2021-Oct-08.pgb"
Anyone else experienced this and figured out a way to resolve it?
I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
