I'm liking the default presets through the headphones (Studio Direct setting) but I ran the Studio Direct setting into the fx return on an amp and it had way more tone than the setting suggested in the manual (Combo Pwr Amp). Is there any reason why I shouldn't use the Studio Direct set up? Thanks

I'm trying to restore the factory presets on my Pod XT Live. I did it before but it was quite a while ago and the other thread in here didn't really offer any solutions. I think I had to go through Line Monkey last time and tried hooking into it now but there was nothing there. I have the updates, a usb cable and midi cables ready to go! Just need the steps. Thanks

Just started tweaking with MIDI and I want to put down a horn solo on a song. Is it possible to play a guitar solo on the PodXT Live, send it into the DAW, and transform that into a horn solo (or any other instrument solo)? Is there a quick method for setting that up? Thanks again.

I've got a signal going into my DAW (Mixcraft 6) directly from the PODXT Live. The problem is that it's extrememly loud in the headphones and the latency is terrible. How can I get a good signal into the DAW and control the volume in the headphones (with normal response or latency)? Thanks!
