I got a JTV69 brand new yesterday and I have noticed that the alt tuning knob is inverted. In place of the "model" tuning is the "barytone" tuning and vice-versa.
With the workbench, i have changed the positions and it works. I saved the "barytone" set to the "model" tuning position , the before last tuning to the "standard" position ... But I think some connection may be inverted in the harware. And the knob always lights in red when i use it.

I have already flashed and reinstalled the newest firmware and it is not possible to reset the tunings by holding the guitar selector knob and introducing the jack. Nothing lights in red..
What can I do ?
