hi jrrjr68, had the same problem! I use passive DiMarzio Liquifire and Crunchlab pickups, so high output. Try going to Global Settings -> and turn ON "Guitar In Pad" in the Ins/Outs Tab. It even says it in the manual (around page54). Let me know if this worked for you too! ;) have a nice day..
