Looking for schematic for HS30 to T4AF

I found the schematic in the archive but the link no longer worked. -
Hi, I wish to use a HS30 2 wire condenser headset mic with the 4 pin TBP-12 T4AF connector. I believe the schematic is called "electret mic Line6.jpg". Can anyone help me? regards, Alan
