I too am having this same problem with Windows 10 and my HD400. It was working 2 months ago, now it's not. Monkey tries to download it, then I get an error and it stops.

Just wondering...I've updated my firmware to 2.0 and the new amps are described as fire-breathing distortion. All I get are clean channel versions. Am I missing something? How do you switch each channel from clean to distortion? I've been through HD400 Edit and can not for the life of me figure it out. Any help would be awesome. Cheers \m/
