This didn’t seem to fit in with the Bug Reports thread, but if it belongs there I’ll post again instead and this can be closed. So, after the 3.5 update my PC won’t let me use the Helix as an audio device per the title. HX Edit, and the Updater “see” the hardware fine, so there’s no issue there. This just seems to pertain to the audio drivers. I have already tried uninstalling, restarting, reinstalling the drivers, etc. but no luck this far. When attempting to reinstall the drivers it fails and says it is unable to install Windows 7, 64 bit. I had no issues at all prior to the update, so I’m left thinking there must be something going on under the hood that I’m not aware of. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No, the browser is completely unable to access any Line 6 pages as well. That’s what led me to believe I couldn’t access the servers at all. I’ll look into how to clean up, or correct the host files. Thanks!

Yes, several times. At this point I think I've tried all of the "easy" fixes, but I'm hoping there's something simple that I could either do, or be doing wrong, that I'm just not thinking of.

I recently traded in my HX Stomp to upgrade to the Helix LT. I knew ahead of time that I would need to update the unit to 3.15 to get the Ventoux, et all loaded up. When I finally got my hands on it, I get it up and running, and that's when I encounter this issue. I'm using the same laptop as I had with the Stomp, and I've tried every reasonable remedy I can think of (whitelisting line 6 updater, HX edit, etc. in the firewall. Disabling the firewall entirely, trying Google DNS.) No matter what I do, I can no longer access Line 6 servers on this computer it would seem. I can do it just fine on my phone, but that doesn't help me with the update, or future updates. I've searched as much as I can, and it doesn't look like anyone else has run into this problem to the same extent that I have. Any suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated, as I'm driving myself a bit mad trying to troubleshoot this.
