I recently traded in my HX Stomp to upgrade to the Helix LT. I knew ahead of time that I would need to update the unit to 3.15 to get the Ventoux, et all loaded up. When I finally got my hands on it, I get it up and running, and that's when I encounter this issue.
I'm using the same laptop as I had with the Stomp, and I've tried every reasonable remedy I can think of (whitelisting line 6 updater, HX edit, etc. in the firewall. Disabling the firewall entirely, trying Google DNS.) No matter what I do, I can no longer access Line 6 servers on this computer it would seem. I can do it just fine on my phone, but that doesn't help me with the update, or future updates.
I've searched as much as I can, and it doesn't look like anyone else has run into this problem to the same extent that I have. Any suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated, as I'm driving myself a bit mad trying to troubleshoot this.
