All the presets are even worse depending on the loaded effects/amps. I first discovered the noise in the new user settings section with entirely blank settings.

I've seen a post regarding pod noise but that poster only had noise after selecting an amp. Mine is making a terrible amount of noise with nothing selected. I'm running through a power conditioner so it shouldn't be electrical and I have used several cables to eliminate that variable. Any ideas?
