The Seller has shown good service. I've got a new Helix. I do believe, that updating with Windows 10 has been the problem.

I've tried to update firmware 2.10 but the updating process stopped. and now the Helix can not start up again. "Boot failed ........." How can I restart the Helix?

I have just tried to update my Helix - ver. 2.10. But that doesn't work. The updating stopped - with the message: "Boot failure ......." The Helix is now worthless. Can't restart the Helix. How can I start the Helix up again?
