  1. Here is the issue I'm having Line 6 has told me to update to 2.54, so I've tried that but it's still there. I already had 2.54 but figured reupdating was worth a shot.
  2. I have a HX Effects that I love. I don't really use a ton of effects, but I bought it because it models a lot of pedals that I have on my old board (Klon Centuar, DM-2, PN-2, 808, Boss CS-2, Boss SG-1) and so far have been very happy with how the duplicate of my board in the HX works. That being said, the main preset I use only has 5 fx, so I decided to setup switch 6 to control the channel switching on my head (Soldano). If I set it up - Actions/Command Center/ select switch 6/ set to Ext Amp 1 and then select the right tip combination it works great! However, it only works great if my guitar is not plugged into the HX. Once I plug my guitar into the HX I am getting all kinds of crazy noise. I've tried using a regular cable (what I use with the Soldano switch) as well as a TRS cable without any difference. I've also tried flipping the polarity. Now what is really odd is that if I just plug my guitar into the HX and the HX into the Soldano - with no footswitch cable - I'm getting an odd noise when I hit the switch assigned to channel switching (6 in my case). It almost seems like even though it's setup for channel switching there is guitar signal passing through it, which seems like it could be my issue. Any ideas? Also: I have two smaller issues (which are kind of moot if I can't get the above working): 1- The LED is bright on overdrive and dim on clean (I can live with this, it's just weird) 2- The switch will say 'Soldano' when I load the preset. Then I get EXT AMP either dim or bright Anyone have any other ideas? This is probably something dumb that I'm missing. Thanks!
