Firmware Update Failed Pocket Pod

Hi, I tried to update the firmware of my pocket pod, but during installation the program crashed. I have tried reinstalling the program but it tells me ERROR OPENING MIDI PORTS. (CODE 8000900C) MIDI DEVICE TIMED OUT WAITING FOR A RESPONSE. MAKE SURE NO OTHER APPLICATIONS ARE USING THE MIDI PORTS CONNECTED TO THE POCKET POD. I have attached the pocket pod to the computer with the USB plug. What can I do to fix it? The pocket pod does not work and when you turn on the display will appear FlashUpdate 1.00. thanks
