POD XT and Gearbox problem

Hello. I tried to use different usb ports and I still have the same problem. My OS is Windows XP. -
Hello :) I have a problem with Gearbox. When I turn knobs (in Gearbox) nothing is going on. Sound doesn't change but when I do the same thing in POD XT everything works (Gearbox's knobs turn left and right). In the past Gearbox changed sound of my presets but now I can't setup any preset on PC. Gearbox v. 3.72 now POD XT driver v. 3.3.5.5. (v. 4.2.7.1 doesn't solve my problem) USB Firmware 1.12 and flash Memory 3.01.
