Thanks a lot for the replies...I got the problem solved and by restarting it and holding down buttons 5 and 6 which reset the parameters and that did the trick.

I cant get my Helix lt to go back to Preset/Snapshot mode. I've been into the global settings and tried to change it but it just stays in stomp mode.I was learning how to do snapshots on one of Glenn DeLaune's youtube videos and I did something wrong. Hope someone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
