I am not using them together at the same time. One is built into my bass rig for my band and the other for my acoustic duo shows. How can I check the mode it is in anyway? and could there be anything else that would cause issues?

I have 2 complete G30 units. One of them seems to cut out w/ my bass when I go about 15-20ft beyond the receiver. The other system seems to do the same thing with my Taylor 12 string. Is there a fix for this? I've tried different channels and moving the receiver etc .. Very strange how both units have a similar issue. Help? P..S I tried to check the version of the receivers by using the 1-6 3x PROCESS. One unit shows a single green and and one unit shows a GREEN/RED/RED which I assume means the firmware is different.
