All the drivers do not work, I have downloaded them several times already, and after installation, my computer still says device not recognized.

So I bought the amplifi TT and plugged it into my new laptop (Asus zenbook 305) but it doesn't recognize the TT. Can anyone help? I bought it for the purpose of silent playing and recording, but I can't get any recording done if my laptop doesn't recognize the TT. I'm trying to record it with Cubase it came free with. I've downloaded the Line 6 monkey but there isn't an amplifi option.

Hi I'm experiencing the same issue. I cannot synch my amplifi TT to my laptop. On my old laptop, I was told to download the Utility, but it didn't work. So I got a new laptop but the Utility seems to be taken down, but I assume the Line 6 updater is the same thing right? Windows still does not recognise my amplifi, so I was wondering if you could help me on this? Thanks.
