  1. It doesn't need a driver. What are you trying to do? If you're using the MIDI ports - you only need a driver for the thing with the MIDI ports.
  2. Wow. I've been looking for something like this forever as a Linux user. And an appimage to boot. I guess it doesn't work with the l6t files? At least now, I can at least edit what I got. Thanks.
  3. I have a POD 2.0. - However, I came across some Rockman (Boston) patches that are for the XT. There's a bunch of reasons I can't open the .l6t files. The biggest being, I'm a Linux user, and the best I can do for my POD is use PodMan32. Please - if there's anybody with Gearbox, or whatever can open XT patches, I'd REALLY appreciate somebody opening them, and taking some screen shots. I have never seen the Gearbox editor, so, I'm assuming the patch parameters will all be on one screen? Really want to see if I can get close to a Rockman sound on my 2.0. TOTALLY appreciate it.... I'll give my email, and just email those tiny files...
  4. Thanks for this tip. I had forgotten about this gem. I'm a Linux user, and hated having to boot up a Windows box just to use Edit. This works great!! Thank you so much!
  5. You're a freaking genius! I would have NEVER even tried this. I've had SO many MIDI controllers, and just got the longboard again this week. Thanks for pointing this out.
  6. I don't know that unit - but - MIDI doesn't transmit audio - just data.
  7. I have an old 2.0. I downloaded a few patches that have an L6t extension. When I try to open then in Edit, I'm told that they're for a Flextone III or an XT. Okay - I got that. However, I thought I'd be able to open them (without my POD) connected to see what the settings were so I could sort of port them over. This has proven to be more difficult than expected. Isn't Line6 Edit used across these platforms? Would there be anybody willing to open these 5 or 6 patches and kind of give me a rundown of what I can use to approximate them on my 2.0? Or, is there a piece of software that will allow me to look at them? It seems like my system KNOWS I have a POD 2.0 even if it's not connected, and won't even allow me to pull up the patches. Attached are 5 or 6 "Boston" themed patches.... Thanks in advance. Rockman.zip
