Hello Everybody.
I have a variax 500 connected to the variax with a dvi cable. The connection works fine, but the volume control on the variax does not work all the time. Some models eg Lester works fine, I can control the volume with the volume knob. But if I select the spank models the volume control does not work anymore. The volume control only works with the Lester , Special, Jazzbox and Semi models, and does not work with T model Spank , Rbilly, Chime and Acoustic models. It does not matter which patch is selected, and also the variax settings in firehawk remote app makes no difference.
Does anyone know what the problem might be?
